National Institute of Electronics and Information Technology(NIELIT) is a reputed organization to increase digital literacy in the country. Its only objective is to increase the computer literacy of the country. NIELIT was earlier known as DOEACC Society (Department of Electronics Accreditation of Computer Courses).
Like courses A Level, B Level, CCC, O Level courses are also conducted by NIELIT. The recognition of O level certificate course is equivalent to CS diploma conducted by a university. The syllabus of O level course is of 01 year. The study process of which is similar to the semester system. In the O level course, information about the foundation syllabus of information technology is given.
O Level Computer Course is a Diploma Course conducted by NIELIT. Admission to this O level computer course is taken twice a year, which is conducted in July and January. Any learner who possesses 10+2 or I.T.I. (Industrial Training Institute) certificate can take admission in this course. After doing this course the candidate becomes eligible for doing A level course. A level course is considered equivalent to Advanced Diploma in Computer Applications.
'ओ' लेवल कोर्स एक डिप्लोमा कोर्स है जिसे नाइलिट सोसाइटी के द्वारा चलाया जाता है। ये कंप्यूटर का एक बेसिक कोर्स है जैसे ए लेवल, बी लेवल, सीसीसी, ओ लेवल कोर्स जैसे कोर्स भी नाइलिट द्वारा संचालित किए जाते हैं। ओ लेवल सर्टिफिकेट कोर्स की मान्यता एक विश्वविद्यालय द्वारा संचालित सीएस डिप्लोमा के बराबर है। ओ लेवल कोर्स का सिलेबस 01 साल का होता है। जिसकी अध्ययन प्रक्रिया सेमेस्टर प्रणाली के समान है। ओ स्तर के पाठ्यक्रम में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी के आधार पाठ्यक्रम की जानकारी दी जाती है। 'ओ' लेवल कोर्स में आप साल में दो बार रजिस्ट्रेशन करवा सकते हैं।
इस कोर्स को करने के बाद उम्मीदवार ए लेवल कोर्स करने के योग्य हो जाता है। एक स्तर के पाठ्यक्रम को कंप्यूटर अनुप्रयोगों में उन्नत डिप्लोमा के समकक्ष माना जाता है।

The fee for 'O' level course depends on the institute. If the institute is big then the fees are also high and if the institute is small then the fees are less. According to an estimate the fees can start from 18000 to 35000.

O level course is a one year course. There are semesters twice in a year, all four papers can be given simultaneously and two papers can be given in one semester and two papers in the next semester.

👉 Registration of 'O' Level Course- 'ओ' स्तर के पाठ्यक्रम का पंजीकरण
O level registration is for 5 years. Although the O level course is of one year but the registration is of 5 years. Registration means that if you fail in any paper then you have 5 years time to clear the paper in which you have failed. If you do not clear all the papers in 5 years then your registration will be canceled and you will have to re-register yourself in O level.
ओ लेवल का रजिस्ट्रेशन 5 साल के लिए होता है। ओ लेवल का कोर्स वैसे तो एक साल का है लेकिन रजिस्ट्रेशन 5 साल का होता है। रजिस्ट्रेशन का मतलब है के अगर आप किसी पेपर में फेल हो जाते हैं तब आपके पास 5 साल का टाइम है जिस पेपर में आप फेल हुए हैं वो पेपर को क्लियर करने का। अगर आपके 5 साल में सारे पेपर क्लियर नहीं होंगे तब आपका रजिस्ट्रेशन कैंसिल हो जाएगा और आपको फिर से अपना ओ लेवल में रजिस्ट्रेशन करना होगा।

- 10+2 pass out from a recognized college in any stream (Science, Commerce, and Arts).

- Hold a one-year ITI Certificate after class 10th Followed in each case, by an accredited 'O' level course.
10वीं कक्षा के बाद एक साल का आईटीआई प्रमाणपत्र प्राप्त करें, प्रत्येक मामले में एक मान्यता प्राप्त 'ओ' स्तर के पाठ्यक्रम द्वारा पीछा किया।

Direct Admission- If you want to do 'O' level course without taking admission in any institute, you can register yourself by visiting NIELIT's site https://student.nielit.gov.in. The advantage of this will be that your institution fee will be saved but you will have to do self study.

O level course has four models- M1-R5, M2-R5, M3-R5, M4-R5. All papers have the same pattern.

Project Work:
In order to get yourself qualified for the O level Course Certificate, applicants have to carry out one project successfully. However, no marks are assigned to it but after the completion of the second-semester students have to complete the project issued to them. Once the project is completed the head of the institute will submit the project completion certificate of all the students who have cleared all the papers and have completed the project work to the National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology for issuing the pass certificate.
